Working Title of Position: CSEA Hearing Officer
This is a full-time position. Core agency hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
JOB DUTIES:
Recruiting a hearing officer to determine facts, paternity, support adjustments, etc. for the CSEA enforcement agency. Duties include administering oaths, issuing subpoenas, examining witnesses, evaluating evidence and issues a written opinion based on facts. Researches policy & procedures, schedules DNA testing. Arrange for the appearance of participants and keeps current on legal issues.
Must be a notary and be certified as a hearing officer within 12 months of hire.
