Summary of Responsibilities:
To provide leadership over the departments accountable to this position; to collaborate with other agency divisions to ensure continuity and consistency of overall program services; provide direct and indirect supervision to the Supervisors and other subordinate staff of the areas that are accountable to this position; establish programs to improve employee morale in assigned areas; make recommendations to the Deputy Director regarding program policies; stay informed of changes in policy and work with Supervisors over areas assigned and other department heads, to make appropriate changes in agency procedures to ensure compliance.
Rate of Pay: MGMT 3 Pay Scale ($57,860 - $72,325)
Status: Classified, Non-Bargaining, FLSA Exempt
Supervisor: Child Support Deputy Director
Normal Hours of Work: 8:30-4:30, Monday – Friday

Minimum Qualifications:
Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline as required by college or university; plus four (4) years of experience managing a human services program, that includes the direct supervision of a staff of 3 or more. Child Support program experience is highly preferred.
