Job Description:
Serves as a member of the senior management team and the lead staff responsible for ensuring Lucas County Job and Family Services maintains compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations and performance standards. Establishes and oversees a division that promotes a culture of excellence and integrity by integrating best practices in the delivery of all programs and operations. Leads LCDJFS as a learning organization by encompassing all policies, procedures, education and development, investigations and other activities and resources needed to provide a high degree of assurance that LCDJFS maintains and/or exceeds performance standards and serves as good stewards of public resources. Ensures the operational alignment of LCDJFS’s mission, core values, policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures with applicable federal, state and local laws.
