Job Description:

Position requires case management of Court involved and voluntary cases to assure services identified are provided and are in compliance with state guidelines and regulations. Must be able to work with children and families who have experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect. When assigned, transports children/clients and arranges/supervises visitations. Position requires accurate and timely completion of the following documents: Safety and Family Assessments, Ongoing Family Assessment Case Review and Semi Annual Review, Case Plan/Case Plan Amendments, Activity Logs, Court documents, Miscellaneous documentation as assigned. Rotating On-Call duty required.

The qualified candidate must possess the following skills: ABILITY TO MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION (both inside and outside of agency).  EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.  ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY COLLABORATE WITH JUVENILE COURT REGARDING SHARED DELINQUENT/UNRULY CASES.  PROFICIENT WRITTEN/ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.  SELF-MOTIVATION.  ABILITY TO MAINTAIN ACCURATE AND TIMELY RECORDS.  SELF MONITORING (TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS, RULES, PROCEDURES, ETC).

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in social work or human services related field; related training and/or work experience preferred.
