Fairfield County Job and Family Services has an exciting opportunity for a full -time Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for the overall HR functions of the agency, including hiring and selection, payroll, discipline, performance management, training, and developing and interpreting policies
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, personnel, labor relations or similar field. Three years of HR experience is also preferred. Candidates may also be considered with any combination of education, training and/or experience in area of human resources that equals five years. Starting salary is $47,486 and is exempt from overtime.
