Position Title: Child Support Case Manager

Pay Range: D
Hourly Starting Rate: $15.06 + 3% after completion of successful probation
Classification: Full-time, Classified, Non-Exempt, Bargaining Unit

Responsibilities:

In the Child Support Enforcement Division, the employee is responsible for enforcement activities of assigned cases. He/she interviews customers both in person and over the telephone. The employee also communicates with employers and the court. Case managers update case files, review cases for legal action and engage in activities to locate parties to the case. The individual works in a variety of computer systems (SETS, Microsoft Office Word, Access, Excel, OnBase). Case managers may be required to testify in court.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Employment Experience in a position requiring interaction with the public
  • Or education, training and/or experience in an amount equal to the Minimum Qualifications stated above.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CSE program
  • Post-secondary education in a Human Services related field
