Delaware County is hiring for the position of Income Maintenance Worker III with the Delaware County Department of Job and Family Services. This position is responsible for conducting phone interviews with applicants and processing documents in order to determine financial eligibility for public assistance programs, maintaining ongoing eligibility for assistance, and referring applicants to needed services within the community. A strong customer service or call center background and excellent basic math skills are desired.
