JOB DUTIES:

• Complete Daily Fiscal Activities

• Maintain and Update Records

• Accurately Input Data

• Process Invoices, Receipts, Vouchers, and Other Accounting Documents

• Prepare and Run Reports

• Provide Clerical Support as Needed

• Front Desk Coverage as Needed

• Demonstrate Ability to Meet Strict Deadlines

• Display Superior Time Management and Organization Skills

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of two years technical training in business management or similar field with an emphasis on accounting

• OR two courses or twelve months experience in business mathematics, two years or twelve months experience in accounting or bookkeeping, and one course or six months experience in typing/keyboarding, office practices and procedures, and techniques of writing

• OR education, training, and/or experience in an amount equal to the minimum qualifications listed above

• Must have Valid Driver’s License
