Business Administrator
The Logan County Department of Job and Family Services is accepting resumes for the position of Business Administrator.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Prefer completion of undergraduate major coursework in finance, accounting, business administration, or public administration. Also prefer experience in a position involving fiscal or budgeting responsibilities and one year of supervisory experience. Knowledge of CFIS, OAKS, RMS and other DJFS financial systems preferred. Must have excellent computer and communication skills. Knowledge of Excel, Word, Publisher, and Visio is required.
PAY RANGE: $38,875.70 to $53,019.20 annually based on experience.
JOB DUTIES:
Plans & administers fiscal program (i.e., accounting, payroll, purchasing, inventory control, budget planning, preparation & review, receipt & disbursement of funds & authorization of expenditures, preparation of fiscal reports & maintenance of fiscal records, develops & implements fiscal policy) & prepares and monitors agreements & contracts. Plans, coordinates and administers all building maintenance, clerical support, and computer services. Provides direct supervision to clerical and fiscal staff. Participates in the development and implementation of agency-wide policies & procedures.
