Registration will remain open until February 21, 2025.
The event will take place Friday, March 14th at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center in Hickory 1 starting at 9:30am.
Breakfast for those staying overnight will be available in the Ohio Dining Room from 6:30am to 8am. Continental breakfast and lunch will be set up outside the meeting room.
There is no charge for Executive Directors or their proxy to attend as it is included in annual membership dues. Each additional registrant will be charged a $125 fee.
Hotel Reservations:
Hotel reservations must be made by February 10, 2025 to be included in the Association's room block.
You may contact the hotel directly and use Group Code 355291 to access the association's room block. Room rate is $144/night plus tax.

Due to the venue's per-person charging policy and the requirement to confirm guaranteed numbers ahead of time, cancellations received within five (5) business days of the event will not be exempt from event registration and/or hotel room charges.
