ORIENTATION DETAILS
This two-day orientation is designed for directors, fiscal officers, assistant directors, and those involved in succession planning. The program also features a dedicated afternoon session exclusively for Executive Directors of JFS agencies, focused on leadership responsibilities, community impact, and peer relationship-building. All other participants will attend alternative training during this time.
REGISTRATION FEES
JFS Agency Executive Director: $250
Agency Staff: $350
Registration includes Monday night lodging at The Westin Great Southern Columbus, all meals, and event app access. Participants who wish to arrive on Sunday may extend their hotel stay for an additional $141.61 per room.
- Registrations will be processed in tiers.
- Priority will be given to new Executive Directors of JFS agencies, followed by those who completed the fall HR Orientation.
- After priority registrations are accommodated, remaining spots will be filled in the order received.
- Participation is limited to 25 people; each agency may send up to two participants.
- Registrants exceeding capacity will be placed on a waitlist.
- Confirmation of attendance or waitlist status will be emailed after registration closes on February 20, and no later than February 27.
