DIRECTOR, LORAIN COUNTY JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES
Plans, directs, and manages the Department of Job and Family Services and Child Support Enforcement Agency operations. Implements and monitors all agency programs; analyzes needs of all divisions; promotes financial stability and directs preparation of budgets; monitors compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations regarding agency programs; develops and approves contracts with providers; ensures compliance with performance standards established for the agency by state and federal regulations; ensures that services to clients are provided in a prompt, efficient and cost effective manner.
Completion of Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred) in business administration, public administration, human services, human resources, psychology, sociology, social work, education or finance, plus ten (10) years of senior management experience in a Job and Family Services or Child Support Enforcement or similar agency experience.
