Temporary Position – Grant Funded for 18 – 24 months

SUMMARY:

The SETS (Support Enforcement Tracking System) Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the CSEA Division, the I.T. Department, the State of Ohio, PJAC Independent Evaluation Team and other entities as assigned to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of child support cases, while monitoring accurate case maintenance via various computer systems (e.g. OnBase, Compass, SETS, CRIS-E, etc.).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serves as SETS liaison with the State, Federal Independent Evaluation Team and SCJFS I.T. staff; trouble shoots/resolves SETS alert issues.

Assignment of cases in SETS to PJAC case managers and the control group case manager after random selection.

Assigns primary & temporary works, profiles and security levels for access to cases in SETS.

Redistributes caseloads as needed to ensure caseloads are balanced or stratified as needed among case managers, and reviews cases for proper configuration.

Produces monthly performance and management reports from PJAC MIS, SETS, FIDO and COGNOS for review by Deputy Director and PJAC Program Administrator.

Reviews and provides information and dates relating to PJAC participants and cases to the Independent Evaluation Team (MDRC).

Evaluates and corrects "multiple participants" in SETS cases from lists issued by the State and individual cases identified by staff.

Trouble shoots all SETS related issues in PJAC cases to determine if problems can be corrected in-house or if the issue needs referred to the SETS Help Desk.
Assists in designing and implementing CSEA Division forms in OnBase/Compass Forms for PJAC.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or three (3) years’ experience working in CSEA using SETS and/or CRIS-E and OnBase.

CERTIFICATES OR LICENSES:

Valid Driver’s License to access work site and other work-related locations as well as ability to maintain insurability in accordance with ORC 4509.51 at all times.
