As a caseworker, you will work one-on-one with families to promote child safety, strengthen family life, and assist parents in meeting their responsibilities to their children. Applicants should posses a strong work ethic, be driven and energetic to manage a complex caseload in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should also be able to problem solve and use critical thinking skills. Collaborate and build strong positive relationships that inspire change to diverse families and community partners.



Knowledge of SACWIS, and the ability to implement standards of the Child Welfare Program through ODJFS best practices is preferred but not required. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in social work or human services related field OR a bachelor’s degree in any field and have been employed for at least two years in a human services occupation.
