The Administrative Team is looking for a highly creative and adaptable individual to provide clerical support to the Director and Leadership Team and back up support to Administrative Team members. Additional duties for this position include leading agency-wide engagement activities and assisting with community outreach events. Primary duties of this position include providing high level of support to the Agency Director and Leadership Team. Provide support to other Administrative Team functions as needed. Coordinate agency events and trainings.



Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Considerable knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS, and SharePoint) Knowledge of social media platforms. Experience working with an emphasis on careful attention to details. Ability to work concurrently on multiple tasks/projects. Must be adaptable and willing to work in a team environment that changes day to day.
