Our Annual Conference is Paperless

By now we hope you've heard that our conference is paperless. Most importantly, this means instead of a printed program attendees will be relying on the R@H ConferenceBeat Event App, which can be downloaded from your app store or accessed online (app.resultsathand.com/ojfsda2024).

For those unfamiliar with the platform, we took a step back to dive a little deeper into the functionalities that'll help you get the most out of your time with us and our user guide will help you discover all the app has to offer.

AGENDA

When you tap the agenda icon on the app's home screen, you'll be directed to the sessions you're registered for. These are unchangeable as you're expected to attend the sessions selected during registration. To see the full conference schedule, tap the Thu or Fri tabs for a full schedule of events for each day.

Before you even click into an agenda item you can see:

1. Session number - identifying the timeslot
2. Session title - identifying the training
3. Training room (Floor where the room is located)
4. If handouts are available, a paperclip icon will appear

Tap the agenda listing for more information, easy access to provided materials/handouts, and to take notes!

MAPS

When you either tap into the Maps section from the app's home screen or click on an agenda listing's room assignment, you'll be directed to separate maps for each floor of the Hyatt or the interactive exhibition hall map. Like the agenda, you can toggle between the two.

Fun fact: If the room is a president, it's on the first floor. If it's a county, it's on the second floor.

HANDOUTS

All available conference materials will be here. Like many other aspects of the app, you can navigate through the tabs to find handouts by session, date, name, or company. 

Once you click on a handout you can:

1. View the handout (mobile) or expand the view (desktop)
2. Email the handout to yourself
3. Download the handout

REFRESH

If your app glitches or you want to make sure you have the most up-to-date information, click the three-bar menu icon in the top right corner of any screen  then the refresh button  immediately under your name on the lefthand menu.
