The symposium is paperless! Our event app puts everything you need right at your fingertips. From schedules and rooms to handouts and FAQs.

Download the R@H ConferenceBeat Event App from your app store and select OJFSDA 2025 Fiscal Symposium. Tap Go to Event and log in with your registration email and default passcode: Fiscalfun2025.

Dates: Thursday, July 24 & Friday, July 25
Location: Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris (1st Floor)
Address: 409 Altair Pkwy, Westerville, OH 43082
Parking: Free parking available in the hotel lot

HOTEL CONFIRMATION

If you requested hotel accommodation, your reservation has been made and will be paid for by the association, as the rate is included in your registration fee.
Please note: You will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in. This card will not be charged unless incidentals are incurred during your stay.

You should have received confirmation directly from either the Renaissance (main hotel) or Drury (overflow hotel).

ONSITE REGISTRATION

Line up by last name at the Admiral Pre-Function area to receive your name badge and swag bag.

Registration opens Thursday at 9:00 AM and Friday at 8:30 AM.

Attending both days? You only need to register once.

MEALS

Thursday: Light breakfast, buffet lunch, afternoon refreshment break, networking reception
Dinner is on your own - Polaris offers a wide variety of nearby dining options

Friday: Buffet breakfast, buffet lunch

WHAT TO WEAR

The dress code is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers as room temperatures can vary.

OUTDOOR NETWORKING RECEPTION

Close out day one with a relaxed networking reception on the Renaissance patio!
