We Are Resilient: 2026 Directors' Conference Agenda Announced

We’re pleased to share a preview of the agenda for our Annual Training Conference, May 12–13. This year’s theme, Resilience, showcases our courage to lead, adapt, and grow.

KEYNOTE

In an engaging keynote, Drew Dudley will reframe leadership as a daily practice grounded in six core values: impact, courage, growth, empowerment, class, and self-respect. His message reminds us that resilience is built not only in moments of crisis, but in the everyday choices that strengthen ourselves and those we serve.

• Registration opens March 2.
• The discounted 2-Day Early Bird Rate is available through April 3.
• County JFS agencies receive 2 complimentary registrations, applied to highest-rate registrations after the conference.

JFS Executive Directors attending Tuesday or both days will be automatically registered for this session and should not select another 300-series session.
